For any question you might have while you’re at Mail Champlain, stop by the Information Desk, located next to the Sears store (entrance 1). During your visit, you can access a variety of services: Wheelchairs Strollers Lockers Taxis Highchairs at the food court Automatic teller machine Mail boxes Note that at various locations in the centre, services to recycle used objects are also available: cellulars at Espace Bell, glasses at Iris, rechargeable batteries at La Source, batteries, chargers, cellphones at Telus. And for Mom and newborn babies...two nursing rooms are accessible in the corridor next to Archambault store.

A fully equipped nursing and baby care room is available in the shopping centre, in the service corridor adjacent to the food court.

We provide one bike rack at each main entrance to accommodate our cyclist customers.
Walking club at Mail Champlain
Did you know you could easily join Mail Champlain’s Club des marcheurs, the centre’s very own walking club for an annual fee of $10? To fill in a membership form or for information on the club’s walking circuits in the centre and their frequency, stop by the information desk located next to the Sears store (entrance 1). Then, complete the form and bring it back directly to the Club, everyday from Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. For more details, please contact Customer Service at : 450-466-1066.
