Types of foods accepted

All forms of non-perishable food are accepted, i.e. canned and unbreakable containers, dry goods, snacks, personal hygiene products, household cleaning items, beverages, etc. Click here for more details on product donations accepted.

What is the media food drive?

The media food drive is a solidarity initiative that has existed since 2001. It was launched by Quebec media to help local food counters, particularly around Christmas, when the need for food is greater. Everything that is collected during La guignolée is redistributed to families in need and will be used during the holidays, but also during the following months, when donations become rarer, but the needs are still present.
