Job description:

The sales consultant's responsibility is to assist the customer by answering their questions and expectations in addition to advising them on the products.

Tasks and responsibilities:

o Welcome the customers and ensure a good service;

o Advise the customers and answer their questions;

o Prepare, place and identify merchandise;

o Stay informed of new products, promotions and company policies and procedures;

o Execute transactions, bag the merchandise and operate the cash register;

o Assurer la propreté du local et de l’arrière-boutique;

Qualifications and skills required:

o Sales experience;

o Attentive to customer needs;

o Strong ability to adapt;
